For TUSAŞ’s 2025 Sustainability Report, we managed the reporting consulting and design processes through an integrated approach. Sustable was credited in the report as the “Reporting Consultant & Design” partner.
We transformed TUSAŞ’s sustainability approach—spanning a broad range of activities and extensive performance data—into a reporting structure that clearly connects with relevant standards, makes information easy to access, and integrates seamlessly with the corporate narrative.
Throughout the process, our focus was not simply on reporting information, but on delivering the right information to the reader through the right hierarchy and visual storytelling.
We developed the reporting approach to clearly demonstrate the relationship between TUSAŞ’s sustainability priorities, practices, and performance.
We brought together a broad range of topics—including technology and innovation, sustainable supply chain, employees, occupational health and safety, environmental impact, energy, water, waste, and biodiversity—under a unified information architecture. The 20 material topics identified in the report were assessed based on their significance to the company and its stakeholders and presented through a materiality matrix.
This enabled us to transform sustainability information spread across multiple sections into a coherent narrative through which readers can follow the connection from strategy to implementation and performance.
We integrated technical reporting requirements into the natural flow of the report.
By linking disclosures under the GRI Standards with relevant content, we created a traceable structure throughout the report. The connections between topics ranging from environmental impact management and energy to waste, water, and biodiversity and the relevant GRI disclosures were presented through the GRI Content Index.
This approach preserved the connection between comprehensive technical information and reporting standards while strengthening the overall coherence and accessibility of the report.
We approached design not as the final stage of reporting, but as an integral part of how information is structured and understood.
We organized performance indicators, tables, the materiality matrix, and different layers of content within a strong visual hierarchy. Rather than allowing dense technical content to become lost across pages, we created a reading experience that enables readers to quickly identify key information and performance indicators.
By bringing together corporate storytelling, data visualization, and editorial design within a single system, we established a consistent relationship between the report’s visual language and content structure.
The final report became more than a publication that brings together TUSAŞ’s sustainability performance. It became a corporate reporting tool that clearly connects strategy, actions, and performance within a unified narrative.
By combining reporting consulting and design under a single approach, we transformed comprehensive sustainability information into an accessible, standards-aligned, and compelling corporate narrative.
