Türkiye Sigorta 2024 Integrated Annual Report

We transformed Türkiye Sigorta’s financial and sustainability performance into an integrated value creation narrative, bringing together reporting advisory and design.

Bringing financial and sustainability performance into one value creation narrative

For Türkiye Sigorta’s 2024 Integrated Annual Report, we delivered reporting advisory and report design through an integrated approach. Sustable is credited in the report as “Reporting Consultant & Design.”

Our focus was to present Türkiye Sigorta’s financial results and environmental, social and governance performance not as separate areas of information, but as interconnected elements of its long-term value creation approach.

We brought together information previously addressed across annual and sustainability reporting within a six-capital structure, creating an integrated reporting architecture that makes the connections between strategy, activities, performance and value creation more visible.

Putting integrated thinking at the heart of the report

We structured the report around a fundamental question: How does Türkiye Sigorta create value?

Financial, manufactured, natural, intellectual, social and relationship, and human capital were brought together within a common narrative connecting inputs, business activities, outputs and value created.

This approach strengthened the relationship between financial and non-financial performance and Türkiye Sigorta’s business model, transforming extensive corporate information into a reporting experience that clearly communicates how resources, activities and performance contribute to long-term value creation.

Bringing reporting frameworks into a unified structure

We approached technical reporting requirements as an integral part of the report’s information architecture rather than as a separate layer.

The report was structured in alignment with the IIRC Integrated Reporting Framework, Borsa İstanbul Integrated Reporting Guide and GRI Standards. Türkiye Sigorta’s contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals were also connected with relevant performance areas.

By bringing different reporting frameworks into a common content structure, we maintained a balance between technical alignment, readability and corporate storytelling.

Connecting material priorities with strategy and stakeholder expectations

We positioned Türkiye Sigorta’s sustainability priorities within the broader context of corporate strategy, sector developments and stakeholder expectations.

The materiality process incorporated a broad stakeholder perspective, ranging from employees and customers to distribution channels, suppliers, investors, civil society and academia. The results were assessed alongside sectoral and global risks and Türkiye Sigorta’s strategic objectives.

This approach enabled sustainability priorities to become an integral part of the company’s strategy and long-term value creation narrative, rather than remaining standalone reporting topics.

Turning complex information into a clear visual system

We treated design not as a visual layer applied at the end of the reporting process, but as part of the system that determines how information is understood.

The value creation model, six capitals, sustainability priorities, targets, and financial and non-financial performance indicators were structured within a consistent editorial language.

Through information hierarchy, data visualisation, charts and tables, we made extensive content easier to navigate while creating a coherent reporting experience that strengthens the connections between different areas of performance.

An internationally recognised reporting experience

The reports developed through our reporting advisory and design approach achieved significant international recognition at the 2024 LACP Vision Awards.

The value created

We delivered an integrated annual report that brings Türkiye Sigorta’s financial and sustainability performance together through a unified value creation perspective.

By approaching reporting advisory and design as a single process, we made the connections between strategy, business model, sustainability performance and the capital elements more visible.

The result is a clear and systematic representation of how Türkiye Sigorta creates value — an integrated reporting experience aligned with international frameworks and recognised with international awards.
